Take Care of your child's teeth
Sometimes early take care works and helps parents from tiring visits to dentist and heart breaking shouts and weeps of child better is to follow few things from untimely and make your life easy and keep your child away from teeth pains. By 6 months of age the child starts gnaw and chew very frequently but it's really difficult to say whether it's because of teeth or what. Following are few points to make your child safe from teeth coming harms.
When does the first tooth widen?
The age of appearing first tooth in children fluctuate from one child to another. It does usually appear in six months of age. There may not any development of teeth until a child become a year old. Usually twenty preliminary teeth appear at the age of two and half. First permanent teeth set completes around years six. In the middle of lower jaw incisors comes and early molar teeth. Molars are at the back the primary teeth; molars do not replace by incisors.
How can I take care of my baby's teeth?
Wise mothers begin to take care of child teeth before it appears. You can clean the area were the teeth suppose to appear. Twice a day brush your child's teeth. Make your child habitual of brushing teeth once he understands it he will start co-operating with you for it. Use the tooth paste which contains less amount of fluoride as high quantity of fluoride can leave permanent spots on child's teeth.
Is fluoride is harmful for child's teeth?
You may think if fluoride is harmful then why it's in toothpaste? So the easy answer is too much fluoride can damage your tooth. By the first decay minerals containing in saliva help repair the teeth but this repairing process requires fluoride so that this course works correctly. The appropriate amount is more than 500ppm and less than 1500 ppm.
Does good diet make any difference to the child's teeth?
Make your child know how to drink water or milk with cup around the age of one. Because using feeder for milk and water etc can hurt your child's teeth because of so long contact of nipple with teeth area. Diet makes lots of difference in teeth development age. Saliva can clean the teeth but its needs time for cleanup.
